About the role
Join our loan-sales team as an Area Relationship Officer. Convert leads into disbursed personal loans, get a fixed monthly salary plus incentives paid on the same day you meet your target.
Key responsibilities
- Convert inbound and field-sourced leads into funded personal loans
- Explain loan products, interest and EMIs clearly to customers
- Collect and verify KYC and income documents
- Meet daily calling and weekly disbursal targets
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM every day
Requirements
- Freshers welcome — 12th pass or graduate
- Fluent Hindi, working English or local language
- Own smartphone and willingness to do field visits in Delhi NCR
- Honest, energetic and comfortable with targets and incentives
