About the role
Lead a team of ARO field agents selling personal loans across Delhi NCR. Own the team's monthly disbursal targets, coaching and collections hygiene.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, train and motivate a team of 8-10 ARO agents
- Drive personal-loan disbursal targets and daily activity
- Review leads, monitor pipeline and fix conversion issues
- Coordinate with credit and operations for faster processing
- Maintain discipline, attendance and compliance reporting
Requirements
- 1-4 years in loan sales or a sales leadership role
- Track record of hitting disbursal/collection targets
- Strong coaching, follow-up and reporting discipline
- Willing to travel across team territory in Delhi NCR
